An EcoBuild Studio energy audit is the essential first step for any building owner serious about reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Using advanced diagnostic equipment and building performance modelling software, our certified energy auditors produce a granular picture of exactly how your building consumes — and wastes — energy.

We deploy thermal imaging cameras, blower door tests, smart energy loggers, and air quality monitors to capture real-world performance data across heating, cooling, lighting, hot water, ventilation, and building envelope systems. This data is then processed through our energy modelling platform to produce an accurate baseline Energy Use Intensity (EUI) for your building.

Each finding is accompanied by a specific, costed recommendation — from low-cost quick wins like smart controls and LED lighting upgrades, through to capital investments such as heat pump installation or façade insulation.
